Below is a list of delivery options for your chocolates. You will be asked to choose one during your checkout process. Once you have placed an order, you should receive it 3 to 5 days. If you want to send multiple gifts to different delivery addresses, please contact us through email so we can work out the best solution for you.
- Standard Delivery $5.50 - This is nationwide but excludes rural / non-urban
- Rural/non-urban Delivery $9.50 - Check to see if it's a rural address CheckIT
- Saturday Morning - Standard Delivery $11.50 - Usually delivered before 11.00am
- Saturday Morning - Rural/non-urban Delivery $15.50 - Usually delivered before 11.00am

Standard delivery time frames? We aim to deliver your purchase within 3 to 5 working days (if you order on Friday the courier will pick your order up on Monday for a Tuesday delivery – this is to avoid chocolates sitting in a warm distribution centre over the weekend). However, as we make the chocolates fresh and we are a small family business, this time frame may not always be possible.
Yes, you will be sent a link via email at the time the courier scans the ticket for pick-up so you can track your purchase.
Yes, we can deliver on Saturdays mornings. This does incur extra costs.
Couriers don't operate on Sundays or Statutory Holidays.
Yes we can. Delivery is typically directly to the required ward / department, or to the designated store area. This differs from hospital to hospital depending on their own requirements. If your purchase is being shipped to a hospital, please check their policy and include ward/department when filling out the 'shipping address' on our checkout procedure .

We aim to minimise total transit time by utilising the courier's overnight service, which is then hopefully delivered the next morning. All deliveries must receive a signature on arrival which avoids the chocolates being left in the sunshine.
Yes, we can access the NZ Post Rural Delivery Network to facilitate this, which means we can theoretically access 100% of New Zealand population. An additional fee is incurred (see 'Delivery Costs'). This can take up to 48 hours additional time for delivery. We encourage rural customers to receive via their work address.
No. All deliveries must receive a signature on arrival.
